Taylor County Chamber of Commerce and the entire community are proud of our military connection and logistical location. We are proud of our connection to Fort Benning through one of our native sons General Asa Leon Singleton who was born in the Graball Community in 1876 and commanded Fort Benning from 1936 to 1940. We support the growth and changes occurring at Fort Benning and the Manuever Center of Excellence. Robins Air Force Base

Robins Air Force Base is the largest employer in the middle Georgia region. Taylor County Chamber of Commerce and the entire Taylor County community are proud of our connection to the Air Force and Warner Robins. There are many active civilian as well as retired military and civilian retirees that call Taylor County their home. Again our strategic location at the intersection the Magnolia Highway and the Fall Line Freeway make us unique

Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany is one of seven commands under Marine Corps Installations East (headquartered in Camp Lejeune, N.C.) and the proud home to the Marine Corps Logistics Command and Maintenance Center Albany.

Mission

As a component of the Marine Corps’ supporting establishment, MCLB Albany provides facilities infrastructure and a range of tailored support services enabling supported commands aboard the installation to accomplish their assigned missions in support of the warfighter.
